Finatal are partnered with a global PE backed software business who’s Transformation Director is after an experienced PMO Lead to take the reigns on a portfolio of projects across the business. Ranging from finance to sales, you’ll need to coordinate businessheads and key stakeholders to ensure timelines are adhered to and an effective PMO function is established. With continued expansion due to inorganic growth and 30% YOY increase in sales numbers, there is now a concrete need for a PMO Lead.

**The role**:

- Ensure PMO office is set-up and run effectively, ensuring portfolio of projects are chased and managed effectively
- Establish governance, MI and reporting, planning and change, RAID logs
- Run the document review process across key workstreams

**You**:

- Prior interim experience within established mid to upper mid-market PE a must
- Experience designing and leading on broad transformation programmes with an international coverage
- Immediately available or available within the next month
