This role is responsible for the management and administrative support of both existing and new customers along with taking responsibility for briefs from the external sales team to ensure agreed actions are coordinated within the business.

In addition, the role will also entail obtaining and updating forecast data from customers on a weekly / monthly basis and analyzing for future trends / orders along with collating details on new product requests from customers and liaising with all departments through to completion.
