We currently looking for a Full Time Street Works Administrator to join our busy team in Nottingham, supporting our ongoing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career path and join a growing business, learning about varied aspects of administration.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Raising permits including stop/starts notifications.
- Submission of registrations to the Highways Authorities on Street Manager
- Resolving permit queries with the Local Authority.
- Ensuring all project paperwork is completed and systems are updated in accordance with the client and internal requirements.
- Scan and upload relevant documentation onto client system - ensuring accurate and relevant photographs of work have been provided.
- Complete any ad-hoc tasks requested of you.
- Assurance of data capture process (from creation of data in the field to capture in core systems).
- General administration duties as directed by Senior Street Works Co-ordinator.
**Experience**:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of the telecoms/fibre industry is desirable along with some Street Works Experience.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Willing to use initiative when required.
