**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Day to day support to internal stakeholders (Purchasing Manager and Supply Chain) by providing a high quality and efficient service.
- Obtaining new product information from new brands prior to onboarding.
- Product creation and kitting on ERP system.
- Uploading of new and amended pricing to ERP system.
- Auditing of product analysis codes/report fields.
- Management of purchase order verifications.
- Management of discontinued SKUs.
- Management of outstanding purchase orders including due dates, delivery updates and expedition by liaising with our suppliers regularly.
- Work closely with the goods-in team to ensure discrepancies on goods received are managed and actioned as applicable.
- Management of clearance list SKUs.
- Regular brand, stock and sales reporting as required.
- Ownership of purchasing for a portfolio of brands.

**Skills and Experience**
- Highly organised and a self-starter with a proven ability to multitask and use your own initiative to solve problems.
- A team player with the ability to work well with others as well as being able to work independently.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office.
- An expert user of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of using an inventory management system.

**Salary and Benefits**
- Basic salary dependent upon experience
- 25 days annual leave extending to 27 days after 3 years’ service

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
