**Position**: Support Worker - All Male Service
**Location**: South Leicester
**Rate**: £12-15 per hour (depending on pay status)
**Hours**: Full-time, Monday to Friday
**Type**: Temporary
**Note**: This role is open to male applicants only, as being male is considered a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Our client provides vital support services for vulnerable children, young people, adults, and families across the UK, The organisation is committed to providing high-quality, needs-led support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including those with high drug and alcohol dependency, those who are deemed homeless and those affected by domestic abuse. We're currently seeking an experienced Support Worker for a critical role in South Leicester.

You’ll be providing high-quality, needs-led support for up to 18 clients who face a range of challenges, including homelessness, substance dependency, and domestic abuse. Responsibilities include carrying out support plans, conducting needs and risk assessments, managing housing benefits, and addressing any housing-related issues.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience supporting vulnerable clients, ideally with a background in domestic abuse, mental health, homelessness, or substance misuse
- Desirable: housing management experience, property maintenance, and tenancy support
- Enhanced DBS (issued within the last 12 months or registered on the update service)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Availability to start immediately and hit the ground running

Supporting Futures Consulting is acting as both an employer and an agency for this role.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
