JOB TITLE: Part Time Social Media Co-Ordinator
POST REFERENCE: SMC001
SALARY GRADE: Work Placement
HOURS: Up to 20 hours per week
PRIMARY LOCATION: Office based, Penny Appeal Campus, Thornes Park, Wakefield
RESPONSIBLE TO: Social Media Influencer
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Social Media Department
Main Duties:
Aid the social media department in making sure usage of each social media platform is being used to their full potential and ensure they work in line with overall social, commercial and brand strategy
Monitor and track engagement, traffic and trends
Collaborate with the social media department in creating, publishing and editing personalised and bespoke content for all social platforms
Assist in the daily social activities and extend brand awareness
Working alongside the social media team team in liaisng with other departments
Attend key events and assisting in content capturing
Report to the Social Media influencer on KPI’s, ensuring clear communication, especially when executing their social strategy

They may be varied from time to time after consultation with the post holder. You may, from time to time, be required to work evenings, Saturdays or on a Sunday.
