Juice Personnel are working with an amazing company based in Wakefield.

They are looking for Operational Support to join the team. The role would cover reception, assisting in co-ordinating for customers and clients and members of the office-based clients already on site.

The role is very important, you will be a first point of contact for all clients and visitors to this busy co-working office space where no two days are ever the same.

This role can be done on your own autonomy and you would be a great part of the team to make it what it is today,

**Details**:

- **Pay £9.50 per hour**
- **Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 1:30 pm (25 hours per week)**
- **Permanent Position**
- **Location: Wakefield**

**Immediate start is available**

**The role**:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Receiving parcels and mail distributions
- Management of the Access Control Badge System
- Diary management for meeting room hire, hot desking
- Set up of the building for the day
- Setting up meeting and event space for private client hire and dealing with on the day enquiries
- Organising, preparing and implementing catering requests
- Maintaining the kitchen spaces and catering equipment
- Supporting seasonal social events for clients, assisting in the organisation of events and helping to promote these within the building
- Social Media - assisting in the creation and collation of social media posts and planning

**About you**:

- IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and Teams
- Outlook Mail
- Calendar Management
- Canvas design tool and experience of Social Media Applications: Facebook for business, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Excellent administration/organisational skills
- Ability to work alone as well as with a team
- Excellent communication skills
