A Financial Services Broker based near Bolton town centre looking for a lead generator to join our team.

We can offer you **stability**within a company that wants to see you do well and develop. We have plenty of **progression opportunities**for those who demonstrate the right behaviours - we’re looking for **determined**, **ambitious**and **hard-working**people who not only want the best for themselves, but for the company too.

You’ll be making **warm** **outbound**calls to customers who have previously expressed an interest online via the website, wanting to know more about life insurance, other financial protection products and mortgages.

You’ll need to enjoy speaking to people on the phone as the majority of your time will be spent **building rapport**with our customers, using an **empathetic approach**to understand why they want insurance. Once you have gained commitment from the customer you will then pass them over to one of your sales consultant colleagues who will see if any of our tailored products are suitable for what they are looking for.

As well as our **unique**culture we have a brilliant **commission structure**. We offer a completely uncapped bonus and we have some fantastic **incentives including weekly cash prizes, team day trips, dress down and paid lunches when we hit target.**
