**A Global Social Media Company based in London is seeking a Partner Strategist/ Programme manager to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months initially. (Fully remote role + temp to perm possibilities)**

**Summary**:
We are looking for a Partner Strategist to support our global mobile programs. As a partner strategist, this person will lead the strategy, operations and communications for several programs ranging from FOS, Monetization, Commerce, and Ads which interfacewith our Mobile operator partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive long term planning for core programs including FOS & Monetization, Commerce product teams and serve as the Regional Program Lead for initiatives that seek to advance the roadmap and innovation of our core MCP offerings to MNOs.
- Build programmatic discipline that supports different programs in a scalable way across all our partners and ensure cross-functional execution and planning to support our goals and scaled adoption efforts regionally
- Program manage partner feedback to shape and strategize the evolution of core programs including our Operator Solutions and related
- Monetization products Understand and manage cross functional inter-dependencies to achieve program objectives Drive the collective understanding of partner needs in the region to bring improvements at scale.
- Plan, coordinate and execute analytics activities between Product, Partner Managers and Data Science.
- Measure and report program metrics / KPIs and lead continuous improvement.
- Program manage operational and deal reviews, quickly understanding context, issues, risks and bring to resolution in ambiguous situations
- Keep regional and product stakeholders regularly informed of program progress, risk identification / mitigation and issue identification / resolution Use data to optimize processes and create playbooks for teams to execute.
- Identify infrastructure/system improvements to improve internal efficiency Collaborate with regional partnership leads to maximize new business opportunities towards creating more efficient deal and delivery processes

**Qualifications**:

- 12+ years of experience in telco, management consulting, operations,
- 12+ strategy, project management, analytics, or equivalent function
- Experience in monetization, commerce, customer value management particularly in the context of telecommunications industry Experience with influencing and developing strategic partnership products and programs at scale
- Experience in leading large scale strategy engagements (ideally in telecom space) focusing on digital transformation
- Ability to generate customer experience insights, strategy formulation, lead transformation management, roadmap and planning, analytics/insight generation
- omfortable analyzing data to make decisions and highly proficient in Excel
- Experience driving both short and long-term initiatives to completion within specified timelines and cross-functional teams
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with cross-functional partners
