**About the role**

We are looking for a Careers Advisor to work in the Careers Hub at our Trowbridge Campus. You will work closely with the Director of Safeguarding and Student Services and the Careers Lead to enhance the career service and exceed the achievement of the Gatsby benchmarks and ensuring the college are meeting the Provider Access Legislation (PAL).

**About you**

You will work with learning areas across the college to ensure that every student has the opportunity of a guidance appointment. You will hold a minimum level 6 qualification in IAG or be able to evidence experience high quality guidance in a school/college environment, with an excellent understanding of options available to students progressing on to their next steps.
