- **About the Role**:
- Join our expert training team at the **National Construction College East**, Bircham Newton, as a Vocational Instructor. Turn your industry experience into a rewarding teaching career - no teaching qualification required to start, just your passion and expertise.
- **What you’ll be doing**:
- As a Vocational Instructor, you’ll deliver high-quality training to learners at various stages of their careers. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future workforce by:
- Delivering engaging theory and practical training sessions to apprentice and commercial learners
- Supporting learners through assessments and qualifications
- Maintaining industry standards and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement
- **What we’re looking for**:
- Minimum of Level 3 (or equivalent) vocational qualification directly related to the role
- Specialist licence to practice qualifications relevant to the role
- Relevant experience in the construction industry and excellent knowledge of current industry practices
- Minimum of Level 3 teaching qualification (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing role)
- Assessor Awards (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing)
- A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
