**Life Insurance Sales Agent**

**Start date -** 24th of October 2025

**Location** - Connect 38, Ashford

**Salary** - £27,500 - with the ability to increase to **£40,000+ within as little as 9 months**

**Hybrid working options**:

- dependent on performance and length of service

**What you will be doing**:

- Handling **inbound and outbound sales enquiries** for life insurance products
- Providing customers with **clear, fair, and accurate product information**, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Meeting and exceeding **individual and company targets** across both sales and quality assurance
- Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them **peace of mind** that those who matter most are protected
