**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day management of the ground’s maintenance, playground management, cleaning service, tree management, bulk refuse collection and caretaking services for properties in the Midlands and London. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the terms of the contracts. Manage a team of caretakers and Estate Services Contracts Officers.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- Ensure the effective provision of Estates Services to PA Housing’s customers across all housing tenure types
- Implementing and delivering the necessary Estate Management strategies according to customer and corporate needs.
- To monitor contractor performance on estate management and to ensure the standards and terms of the contract are being adhered to.
- Ensure strong performance in the field of Estates Management and Contract Management and providing clear leadership to managers and staff within this area of the Group
- Ensure effective data management systems, policies, processes, and programmes to provide assurance of ongoing statutory and regulatory compliance and delivery within budgets whilst providing for a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- To provide visible leadership to the team which secure high levels of innovation, job satisfaction and performance, underpinned by open and sound communications and involvement of team members

- Detailed knowledge of accounting and management of service charges
- Knowledge and experience of delivering and managing Service Charges
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a customer service environment working for a Housing Association or other public service organisation, in a capacity which involved face-to-face interaction with customers
- Knowledge of ground maintenance, cleaning, and tree management.
- Knowledge of theory and principles of Landscape maintenance.
