Finance Administrator needed to work in Basingstoke paying £12.44 per hr - Reference: 5218602

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

This role will involve:

- Working within our Service Charge team, you'll assist in the delivery of complete and accurate service charge information to our customers.
- Responsibilities include:

- Collating and reviewing monthly reports from multiple systems
- Correcting any errors and providing feedback when necessary
- Managing and maintaining the teams query log
- Managing and corresponding with 3rd party utility suppliers, ensuring all schemes and blocks are set up for billing

You'll have strong administration experience with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience of working in Finance would be an advantage, but not essential.
- You'll also have:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
Prior service charge knowledge is not essential, we'll provide on the job training to support you
