The Role

Part of the Mission Marketing Group, Think BDW are a full-service agency providing complete marketing, advertising and communications; from strategy to execution, all in-house. **The Role**

We are seeking a Project Co-ordinator to work in our busy Design and Build department to provide support to the Interior Design Manager and Project Managers

In this exciting role, you will provide administrative support and assist in the operation of planned projects. We are looking for someone who has a proven administration experience, ideally from a design or construction background

You will need to have the ability to deal with contractors and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge and understanding of processes
- Brief jobs into studio and ensure that a job is always managed and processed in the correct way
- Organising all project related paperwork
- Take part in project meetings
- Purchasing and raising purchase orders
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
- Updating internal systems, databases and schedules
- Responding pro-actively to all client requirements
- Ad hoc duties requested by the Interior Design Manager and Project Manager

**Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge and understanding of processes
- Recent experience in a busy office environment.
- Experience and understanding of working in an administrative role.
- Experience the property / buildings sector would be desirable.
- Experience of managing and processing orders, invoices, and payments.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including proven ability to support projects.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- A high degree of computer literacy with a working knowledge of MS office systems.
- To be a team player
