The Post Holder will co-ordinate and lead on the requirements for all students / learners being offered placements within Provide and wider Group Companies. The Post Holder will be the main point of contact in relation to practice placements for our partner Higher Education providers, apprenticeship providers, FE Colleges and all routes into placement. This is a key role ensuring that the students on all Provide sites are afforded the best possible practice experience, have access to IT systems and that there are robust procedures in place to support the induction and evaluation processes. The Post Holder will need to advise on adjustments to the student experience through the analysis of evaluations and liaison with both external providers and service managers.
- The post holder will be responsible for co-ordination of learner placements across the organisation ensuring robust recording and communication methods are in place.
- You will support administration duties to placements projects e.g. rotation placements.
- Liaise with all teams to ascertain learner capacity with a view to being the first point of contact for the placement of learners and any queries relating to learner enquires
- Liaise and be first point of contact with respective HEIs and their placements teams to co-ordinate and allocate learner placements across the organisation
- Working directly to the Practice Education Facilitator (PEF) have oversight of reconciliation of non-medical student tariff (NMST) and confirm accurate learner numbers and activity
