**About Us**

TLC Home Group is a fast-growing, dynamic energy efficiency company specialising in delivering fully funded home improvement measures under government schemes such as ECO4 and GBIS. We’re committed to improving the energy performance of UK homes while helping households reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven **Retrofit Coordinator** to join our team and oversee compliance, customer journeys, and project delivery in line with **PAS**standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate retrofit projects from assessment to completion, ensuring compliance with PAS and TrustMark requirements.
- Work closely with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers to manage the end-to-end retrofit process.
- Review retrofit assessment reports and produce high-quality Medium-Term Improvement Plans (MTIPs).
- Ensure correct documentation, risk assessments, and ventilation strategies are in place for each project.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support and guidance to the wider delivery team.
- Liaise with clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective delivery process.
- Maintain up-to-date records for audits and reporting purposes.
- Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all retrofit projects.

**Requirements**:

- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (or working towards it).
- Thorough understanding of PAS 2035 and the ECO4/GBIS frameworks.
- Experience in domestic energy efficiency, housing retrofit, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred for site visits).

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
