ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the timely delivery of content according to CMC’s editorial calendar.
- Write and edit educational articles, tutorial videos, market commentary, guides, and data-driven reports.
- Help deliver a quarterly report based on CMC’s proprietary data for Digital PR.
- Help ideate and implement new, innovative content initiatives to increase product penetration.
- Work to quarterly Objective-Key-Results, set by the Content strategist.
- Support the Performance marketing team by creating copy for acquisition campaigns (e.g., ASA, UAC and PPC).
- Support on the management of third-party content partnerships, collaborating with industry experts and thought-leaders.
- Edit content produced by internal writers, external agencies and industry experts, working closely with a range of cross-functional teams including: Performance, Sales, Design, Brand, & Retention.
- Create and edit content for CMC’s education hub, working closely with SEO to optimise content visibility. Content will include ‘how to’-style videos, and articles defining key industry terms.
- Work with the Product team, as well as the Content strategist, to create Product marketing content, covering user experience and education to support platform usage.
- Leverage A.I., including tools like ChatGPT, to maximise content production efficiency.
- Contribute to weekly reporting to ensure content is supporting key engagement and conversion metrics, ultimately aiding CMC’s commercial objectives.
- The Content editor should aid the optimisation of ongoing content programs, by experimenting to improve copy.

- Ability to work to tight publishing deadlines

Experience / requirements:

- Relevant degree (e.g., English Literature, History, Journalism, etc.)
- Relevant experience in a relevant role/industry
- Basic SEO knowledge
