- **Shipping Administrator Full time, temporary Central London (Mayfair)**
**My client is looking for a temporary Shipping Administrator to assist with a project in its Shipping department for an approx. 2 week period**
The aim of the role is to complete a large volume of administrative processes accurately, methodically and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
** Enter artwork specific data onto various systems (Descartes)**
** Ensure all aspects of data are accurate and complete**
** Report progress on a daily basis to Head of Shipping**
** Assist the team with any other tasks as required (administrative in nature) Person Specification**
** 2+ years' experience in a Shipping administrative role**
** Understanding of compliance processes (E-customs)**
** Proactive, confident and willing to learn**
** Team player**
** Strong organisational skills, works at pace with a very high degree of accuracy**
** Demonstrated ability to reflect our company standards in all situations, handling sensitive date with the utmost care and responsibility**
** Excellent communication, interpersonal and written presentation skills**
** Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential)**
** Understanding of the art industry is advantageous**
Salary circa 25,000 to 28,000 pro rata
2 week contract
