**Responsibilities**:

- Train and become a super-user of the case management system Ceartas - you will assist in daily operations and administrative tasks, with the management of client cases, document storage, and workflow processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout legal proceedings.
- Manage data and provide administrative support through Microsoft Packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for tasks and organisation.
- Collaborate with various departments (legal secretarial/accounts/reception) to understand their functions and processes and to ensure smooth office operations.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative

**Salary**:£15,000 per annum.

**Working week**:35hrs a week.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at **SCQF Level 6.**
