**Overview**
The Event Administrator is responsible for coordinating all administrative tasks related to events organised by Regis Banqueting Ltd. This role involves managing event details, communicating with clients, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring forward planning results in the smooth execution of each event. You’ll work closely with the event management and kitchen teams to deliver a high standard of service.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding event details, changes, and updates. This will include assisting with building initial quotes, booking in menu tastings, answering client questions and finalising details ahead of an event.
- Confirm event bookings, gather detailed client requirements, and ensure all catering needs are met.
- Maintain excellent client relationships, responding to queries promptly and professionally. Following up with clients after initial quotes have been sent, to gather data for future improvement.
- Assist departments out with the sales team with administrative tasks, including ensuring the kitchen and operations teams have correct menus or information for the week ahead, and correct labelling for these orders.
- Conduct post-event reviews with clients, gathering feedback to improve future events.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

- **Experience**: Previous experience in event administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- **Organisational Skills**: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with event management software, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle unexpected issues and find solutions quickly.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Teamwork**: Able to work collaboratively with various departments, including kitchen and service teams.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
