Retail Supervisor
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the retail store
- Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Train and develop retail staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
**Skills**:
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, scheduling, and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Sales management skills to drive sales and meet targets
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of retail staff
- Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with customers and staff members
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the retail team

- Driving Licence (preferred)
