**About our client**
Our client is a leading UK focused venture capital, growth equity and small buy-out investor with significant funds under management. It's long-established, highly respected, and has an enviable track record of investing across Britain. It's looking to addan investment professional to lead aspects of the transaction process, and work on portfolio management.
**What the job involves**:

- Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
- Assist the Partners and Directors across a number of private equity vehicles
- Opportunity to be involved with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fundraising when required management.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Exposure to venture capital, growth equity and mid-market private equity as an investor or advisor
- Ability to lead deals with mínimal supervision
- Strong technical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Top academics from a leading academic institution
- Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
