**ESG Operations and Reporting Lead**:
The purpose of this role is to lead ESG Operations and Reporting for the Vodafone Group. This implies working with stakeholders across the Vodafone Group and OpCos to ensure the smooth running of Vodafone’s ESG strategy and reporting externally.

The role sits within Vodafone Group Sustainable Business team, which is positioned within Vodafone Group’s External Affairs Department.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Oversee Vodafone’s ESG OpModel O_
- Work closely with markets and Group functions to implement Vodafone’s vision for a singular approach to ESG globally.
- Ensure key governance and operational processes are in place to achieve this vision, and Sustainable Business teams in markets are clear on their role.
- Oversee Vodafone’s ESG Reporting_
- Responsibility for delivery of Vodafone’s ESG reporting, including overseeing the Annual Reporting progress, and other mandatory and voluntary disclosures.
- Oversight of Vodafone’s Top Five ESG indices.
- Manage the Vodafone Group ESG Board Sub Committee.
- Oversee Vodafone’s ESG Data management_
- Manage the transition of ESG data management from the Sustainable Business Team to the Group Finance team.
- Ensure that ESG KPIs are tracked and reported in a timely manner.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong collaboration and ability to work across the organization at all levels.
- Knowledge of governance processes in a large, matrixed organisation.
- Prioritization, sound judgement, decision making, and problem solving
- Developing and building relationships across a global footprint.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Experience running governance and operations in the context of sustainability.
- Experience in large matrixed organizations
