**Sennen Education **is currently working with a **specialised alternative provision setting who specialises on providing a tailored and supportive experience to pupils who have various Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. **This school’s main aim is to enable all children to live remarkable lives. They work with children aged **11-16 years old and have specialised provisions within the school specific to various pupil needs which includes**:

- Opportunities for Outdoor Learning.
- Specialised 1-1 or group support when required.
- ASC Supportive Strategies.
- Behavioural Plans and Medical Support.

**- Have previous experience working with challenging behaviours either from the classroom environment or a Care and Support Background.**
- **You will be resilient in nature and comfortable working within challenging environments** and various SEMH needs.
- You will be **confident and have excellent communication skills**
- Work collaboratively with the learning support team
