As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for bringing their work to life through compelling stories and strong copywriting to engage an audience. The ideal Marketing and Communications Manager will have exceptional storytelling skills,an understanding of social media and must be able to build strong working relationships.

In this role, you will play a leading role in the expanding marketing team and while writing and constructing messaging are key parts of this position, it's important you're able to deliver an effective marketing strategy. You will report into the MarketingDirector who will support the opportunity to get creative with writing materials.

**Dutiesmay include but won't be limited to**:

- Assisting with and managing the delivery of a marketing strategy.
- Writing content that attracts relevant audience from conception to delivery.
- Interviewing internal industry experts.
- Build and deliver content-based lead generation.
- Promote content through a number of digital channels.
- Make sure marketing materials maintain a strong company identity, create brand awareness and consistency of copy, design, and imagery - this is imperative to encourage people to acknowledge your brand, and the more they see it, the more they'll recogniseit
- Copywriting, proofing and editing for communications, both internal and external
- Build and maintain the marketing and communications strategy with targeted messaging

**Skills & Experience needed**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B, content focused role
- Exceptional writing ability, project management, communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally
