We are seeking a **dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing** to drive significant growth and brand impact for our B2B safety footwear business. This pivotal role focuses on generating leads, managing impactful campaigns, and collaborating with key partners to elevate our brand and secure long-term market positioning.
As a member of the management team, you'll work collaboratively across the business to deliver marketing strategies, create and implement a marketing activity plan, and drive ROI while elevating brand visibility and positioning the company for sustained growth in a competitive landscape.

**Key**Activities** & KPI’s**
- Acting as part of the management team, to focus on the short term strategy and growth of the organisation. Shaping the direction of travel.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets aligned with business goals, and ensure accountability for results
- Manage and report on the marketing budget, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI
- Measure and analyse lead generation for continuous improvement and increased ROI
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for lead generation in line with business growth goals, such as Amazon.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns targeted towards B2B clientele, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing communications with product launches, promotions, and other business activities, and delegate tasks to other departments or teams when appropriate to optimize efficiency and ensure strategic focus within the marketing function.
- Manage the development of marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and other assets tailored to B2B audiences, showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Monitor closely the use of creative teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets and website development and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of a brand refresh, ensuring the brand identity reflects the company’s values, market position, and growth aspirations.
- Monitor brand sentiment and market trends, proactively adjusting branding and messaging to align with customer needs and industry developments
- Conduct brand audits to assess current perceptions, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with customer and market expectations.
- Able to provide recommendations to review and optimise the pricing strategy along with market trends and business objectives
**Competencies and Skills**
- Proficiency in measuring and analysing lead generation strategies, campaign performance, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Expertise in setting clear objectives, KPIs, and targets, and ensuring accountability for results.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on B2B audiences
- Experience in handling brand refresh initiatives, conducting brand audits, and aligning branding with company values and market position.
- Ability to manage creative teams, agencies, and vendors for timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Efficiently delegate tasks to internal teams or external partners to maintain strategic focus within the marketing function.
- Ability to identify gaps in current practices and implement effective solutions to enhance outcomes.
