We are a family run business based in North Suffolk, we've been in business for 62 years. Customer service has always been key to our operations.

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our friendly team. Previous experience of the role or the motor industry would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

So what are we looking for?

You must have strong time management skills as your primary focus is to deliver on our customer expectations. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our Company values, possessing strong communication and organisation skills whilst maximising customer satisfaction.

Main purpose and objectives of a Service Advisors role
- Ensure that you provide the highest level of customer service at all times in order to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business.
- The ability to ensure our customers are aware of additional products and services we offer is also essential.
