Housing Administrator

Temporary Accommodation Allocations Officer required for an immediate start. This role would particularly suit someone from a housing or homelessness background however this isn't essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day management of temporary accommodation and be the first point of call for all enquiries and activities that relate to the placement of clients.
- Ensure that all properties that are provided to use are matched to a suitable applicant in a timely manner with all associated paperwork/system work is completed accurately and quickly.
- You will match clients to suitable available temporary accommodation properties but carrying out a thorough matching and suitability exercise.
- You will complete the sign up process for clients and ensure that rent accounts have been set up to maximise the collection of rent and service charges.
- You will ensure all accommodation used is safe and suitable for the clients.
This role requires excellent organisational skills and you must be happy to deal with clients in a empathetic and tactful manner.
