**THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE**:

- _Take guests' orders and serve meals and drinks_
- _Make recommendations, taking opportunities to upsell where possible_
- _Assist in clearing and maintaining a clean bar, restaurant and function rooms_
- _Take responsibility for a quick and efficient service, exceeding guests' expectations_
- _Control the flow and liaise with the kitchen to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests_
- _Occasionally you may have the opportunity to join our Backstage and Beer Garden teams, serving up drinks at various music gigs_

**This role is flexible over 7 days including weekends and we are happy to discuss your needs for various shifts during the interview process.**
