With three offices in the UK and 2 additional warehouse operation facilities, the business manufactures its own products, and everything is done in-house. The role comes with onsite parking, working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm from Monday to Thursday and8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays. This business currently offers flexible working with 2 days work from home. They are looking to change their systems and processes, and your input will be a vital part of their growth plans.

**The Essence of The Role**

End to end management of all new products, creating and maintaining product portfolio range.

**Scope of TheProduct CatalogueAdministrator**
- End to end management of all new products
- Responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of our Product portfolio (product detail, pictures, keywords etc)
- Gather feature requirements from internal and external stakeholders, including the digital, merchandising, supplier management, and product regulatory teams
- Responsible for setting up new suppliers and technologies, ensuring that products are set up correctly, including product descriptions as well as all shipping dimensions
- Ensure all data is kept accurate and up to date
- Ensure all audit trails are complete

**Prerequisites**
- Experience working within a similar role
- Experience working with Netsuite & Celigo would be an advantage
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and creating reports and records
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication skills
