Due to continued growth, LWC Group are searching for an experienced Internal Sales Representative who is committed to developing their career and achieving personal and business goals and who wants to join a dynamic and successful team within the manufacturing sector.

As one of our key Internal Sales Representatives, you’ll be responsible for seeking out opportunities and generating new business, whilst ensuring the customer and business are at the heart of your decision. Bringing on board sales that suit our inventory and logistics position, ensuring you have the drive to expand our markets will be instrumental to the team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Focusing on growing your new account base and introducing the company's product portfolio to new customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Working with the Sales Manager on your business plan for continued success You’ll be a genuine go-getter with a deep desire and tenacity to win new business.

You'll have solid experience in sales with good business sense and a strong desire to succeed and you'll need to demonstrate the following:

- Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
- Proactive selling
- Personable with high integrity to ensure sales remain in line with company values
- Sales negotiation experience
- Highly self-motivated, yet able to thrive in a team and goal driven environment
- Full UK driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
