- The role will involve face to face and telephone contact with our customers, with the overall aim of providing the very best in customer service.
- This is a very busy role requiring team work, excellent inter departmental and good all round communication skills, as well as behaving in a professional manner.
- Upselling EVHC, Service plans etc. is also incorporated into the role so a good knowledge of these will be required.
- Previous experience within a Franchised Dealership in a similar position
- Ability to multi-task while keeping a positive attitude both to your work and our customers
- Full valid UK driving license
