Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We’re currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors who are fanatical about providing exceptional customer service. Ideally you’ll have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment where no 2 days are the same You’re helpful by nature and pride yourself on your ability to form strong relationships with your customers and suppliers. You’re self-aware and can recognise customers potential distress, dealing with the issue calmly and showing the right level of empathy to help resolve the issue.

**THE ROLE OF THE INBOUND CUSTOMER SERIVCE ADVISOR**
- Take an empathetic approach with customers by listening to understand
- Always look to resolve on the first contact.
- Complete basic admin
- Makes accurate amendments to customer bookings.
- Build relationships with suppliers and proactively identifies issues that may impact customers.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meets personal/customer service team targets.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE
- Proven experience in a customer facing role
- Good communication skills and the ability to listen to customers and their problems
- Able to effectively handle complaints and conflict to reach the most positive resolution.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Resilient with the ability to confidently handle change and challenges outside of your control.
