**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading and well-established e-commerce retailer based in Cheetham Hill. They are now looking for an Temporary Customer Service Team Leader to join their team on a 3 month basis.

**As a Temporary Customer Service Team Leader you will**:

- Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives, setting high standards for customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of customer service efforts.
- Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a customer service team, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Shopify platforms, with a strong understanding of their features and functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
