**Summary of Job Role**:
As a key member of our receptionist team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional front-of-house services, ensuring every patient enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Promptly addressing patient queries with positivity and efficiency
- Providing valuable feedback from patients to management
- Attending relevant training courses to enhance skills
- Adhering to credit and cash handling policies
- Managing invoices, deliveries, and patient data
- Collaborating with our dental and management teams

**Essential Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years dental experience
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in patient-facing or luxury customer-facing roles
- Background in administration
- Ability to align with our practice ethos and make sound decisions
- Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Competent IT proficiency, especially in MS Excel
