**About the role**
The role of the **Head Housekeeper** will be to provide leadership, line management and support to the housekeeping team and
Be a visible and positive role model for excellent practice by leading and coaching the housekeeping team. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort for customers throughout the village
To work in accordance with Belong standards and values, ensuring a culture and environment where people feel supported and valued.
You will also carry out appropriate audits and routine checks to ensure that all communal areas are clean and well-presented and that all outstanding cleaning has been completed; completing and maintaining records as required. This job description indicates the main responsibilities and duties of the post and isn’t an exhaustive list.
About you
You will have experience in housekeeping with great attention to detail and be a natural leader. Be able to identify any concerns and act accordingly.
Salary **£11.40 per hour**
Contracted Hours **:30 hours per week**
