**New Business Administrator**

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **New Business Administrator** for our client to provide comprehensive administrative support to their Sales and Marketing team

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations across sales documentation, marketing initiatives, and pre-qualification processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-qualification and Sales Documentation**:

- Prepare and produce **Pre-qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)** for client submissions.
- Maintain and update the **PQQ Library** to ensure easy access to up-to-date information.
- Create and customize **sales documents** and **case studies** tailored to client needs.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Take ownership of the **PR and Marketing Tracker**, updating it with relevant information.
- Actively participate in the marketing process, including attending and contributing to the monthly marketing meetings.
- Coordinate and manage **event planning** and logistics to support marketing and sales activities.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team and other departments as needed, ensuring effective communication and task alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools or CRM software is a plus
- General admin duties where applicable, phone answering, meeting organisation, visitor welcome etc
- Allocated duties in respect of the company’s supply chain database.

Applicants must have minimum 12 months office based Administration experience, ideally supporting sales, marketing or business development

This is an office based role in the Oldham area.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
