**The Job**:

- Proactively sourcing and attracting top talent for our various clients, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies.
- Build direct talent pools and develop market mapping and market intelligence.
- Engage and build relationships with Recruitment Partners / Direct Recruiters / Internal Stakeholders.
- Ensuring the shortlist for each vacancy is delivered to the onsite team within the agreed sourcing deadline.
- Providing regular market information from both internal and external sources.

In the heart of Manchester, our UK direct sourcing headquarters in Deansgate, Manchester, has a population of over 100 staff, the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within. A hybrid model of working remotely and cominginto the office when required is on offer.
