**Responsibilities**:
Assist with recruitment process and work closely with the Account Lead in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully covered and under control at all times. Responsibilities will include the following:

- Onboarding of both contingent workers and employees
- Producing contracts
- requires attention to detail
- Ensuring key stakeholders are aware of any significant changes to contingent workers e.g. holiday, resignation, extensions
- Management of both in-house and client-based systems
- Knowledge of different functional areas within the business
- Understanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the role
- Main role will be screening
- Right to work checks
- Dealing with stakeholder questions and queries
- Managing the inbox
- Managing Vendor Panels
- Making the offer - on boarding assistance
- All the stuff before they start
- Resume comparisons
- Hit the ground running - team player
- The client - 5 different business units, all of them have to be treated differently - a big account, someone who is flexible and can learn a lot of different process’s
