We’re searching for an engaging **Recruitment Coordinator**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team at urbanbubble. We are looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support the Recruitment Team, Hiring Managers and wider People team during this busy period of growth.

**What will you do?**

You will also support promoting our roles on social media and attend recruitment events.

**What are we looking for?**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the business
- Manage the onboarding experience including all administration around preparing offer letters and contracts, collating returned documents and carrying out appropriate pre-employment checks (e.g. Right to Work checks)
- Support interviews/assessment centres nationally, or locally
- Manage the Recruitment inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
- Partner with Managers to ensure roles are properly articulated in a fitting Job Description
- Provide training and coaching to line managers in the area of recruitment and selection
- Utilising social media, CV searches and growing networks, acting as a Resourcer/head-hunter, building a talent pool
- To partner with the HR Team with new starter activity to ensure all new starters are set up on the system ahead of their start date
- To partner with the IT team to coordinate new starter equipment and systems access
- Experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience of working within a fast-paced administration role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work at pace, plan, prioritise, use own initiative and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Attention to detail is essential
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems and employee on boarding is highly desirable
