**Junior Estimator / Admin Assistant**

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Premier Contract Supplies are suppliers of sanitaryware to the contract market, buying products from a large selection of manufacturers, working with developers, designers and architects to create specifications and then supply from one of our seven warehouses across the UK.

We are looking for a Junior Estimator/Admin Assistant to join our team in Brighton, to assist our Estimators in the production of quotations, providing advice on product selection and building good relationships with our customers and suppliers. Experience in a fast-paced environment and a proactive attitude is required.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- To multi-task and be able to prioritise high workloads with a good level of accuracy, ensuring deadlines are met
- To assist our estimating team with the conversion of customer enquiries and specifications into accurate quotations in an efficient manner, in accordance with current policies (training provided)
- Working together with our Account Managers to assist with the successful conversion of our quotations into orders and maximise company profit
- To provide information to supplement our quotations, such as Moodboards, images and product information
- To handle customer complaints in a fair and reasonable manner, resolving problems quickly and satisfactorily for all parties concerned
- In addition to these duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business, with appropriate training provided.

**Qualities Needed**:

- Experience of Customer Service desirable
- Team player, but equally able to work independently
- Excellent telephone manner and communicative skills
- Organised and good attention to detail
- PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work well under pressure
- Confident and able to use own initiative when needed.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
