Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Site Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Kirkby Thore site (CA10 1XU). Working 40 hours per week (days vary), on mainly day shift with occasional nights.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Assist and advise site on o-licence compliance and XPO fleet policy and procedure
- Manage and process internal audits of XPO depots
- Take ownership of all the fleet management database and supplier KPI reports
- Engaging with statutory bodies and enforcement agencies
- Implement internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- An international CPC is a must
- ideally with a recent refresher course completed
- A proven track record of fleet compliance and experience in transport legislation
- Experience and knowledge of engaging and working with enforcement agencies
- Working knowledge of tachograph analysis systems - preferably Tachomaster
