Associate Director - Business Process Management Lead (BPML) Enterprise Functions, All CCEP Locations
**What do you become a part of**:
The Business Process Management team supports CCEPs strategy by implementing standard processes throughout the global organization.
This role is accountable for leading the Business Process Management for Enterprise Functions (Hire to Retire HTR, Process to Technology & Operations PTO (ITSM) and other enterprise functions e.g. Legal and PACS)
**What you will do**:
In this role you will be both accountable and responsible for driving Best Practice and Process Excellence for the corresponding process areas / process / sub-process & activity level.
You will form effective relationships with virtual team of respective Business Process Owners / Manager / Subject Matter Expert. You will be the End to End custodian, on behalf of the business, for End to End business processes and data structures.
You will establish and lead the Business Process Management Excellence Team for the respective process area within a matrix structure.
You will ensure that CCEP has clearly defined business processes for all the End to End process in the scope of the role. This includes end to end Process architecture and process standards and accountability to ensure the processes are systematically developed.
You will drive common data architecture and harmonization of data structures across central business functions as well as business units and ensure suitable platforms and technologies are in place to enable efficiencies across functions.
You will lead core process work within major IT related programs that enable strategically important high-impact business initiatives.
You will play a critical role in supporting and actively influencing Senior Management as key contributor and strategic partner
You will actively drive change within IT or into the Business with regard to Technology adoption and Digital Transformation.
**What we expect from you**:
- Accountable for the End-to-End Process from creation to adoption to continuous improvement; Design, execute, document, measure, monitor, and control of End to End business processes models.
- Stakeholder management to ensure business ownership of the future processes and ensuring business readiness before the implementation of new End to End business processes and technology solutions from a business process perspective including change management and comms.
- Establish and continuously develop End to End virtual team as integrated tower across business & IT with right level of skills capabilities and leadership.
- Ensure the content of the common End to End Process Model, End to End Process Governance Model, Design Principles are updated maintained within Business Process Management Tools within BPM structured way of working (“Business Process Management as a Service”).
- Establish and further develop capabilities for rapid design, simulation and implementation of process improvement initiatives within End to End
- Preparation and Proposal of decisions from End to End authority to CCEP Design Authority and represent Business Process Management End to End as member in the DA.
- Provide leadership and leadership development to diverse and/or remote Subject Matter Expert teams.
- Change agent within IT or within a Business function with regard to Process adoption and Digital Transformation.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, business management or comparable course of studies. Advanced degree preferred.
- More than 5+ years of experience in Business or IT senior management including roles involving complex and cross-functional remit - closer to 10yrs would be more appropriate
- Demonstrable experience of developing senior relationships with other senior business leaders and stakeholders
- Tangible experience of working in a Matrix organization
- Demonstrable experience or understanding of Business Process Management in complex organizations
- Project Management experience would be beneficial and comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies including the role of process design.
- High level experience in leading developing and/or implementing complex and cross-functional projects and delivering against capability solutions
- Extensive exposure as a business operational lead within one of the following business areas of Sales, Sales Support, HR, Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement.
- Experience in Big transformation programs with a special focus on process standardization
