**35 hours - Monday to Friday - 9.00am
- 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch**

**Basic Salary - £21k pa.**leading to an increase on completion of probation

**Immediate Start**

We are working with a well-established Andover company trading for over 200 years in the UK Food and Drink Industry with a portfolio of over 2000 products who are looking to recruit an administrator to provide support predominantly to the QA Team.

**About you**:
You will have 5 years’ experience working in an administrative role within an office environment and be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). You will need to demonstrate good literacy and communication skills, and excellent attentionto detail. Working within a team you will need to have a flexible attitude, an ability to multi task and be able to prioritise your workload to meet your deadlines.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain filing system for food product documentation
- Ensure all certificates are kept up-to-date and filed accordingly
- Provide requested information to supplier’s on an adhoc basis
- Respond to adhoc requests from various Managers/Departments
- After inhouse training update systems on a daily basis
- Occasional reception and postal duties covering sickness and holidays

**Essential**:
You will be able to demonstrate a basic to intermediate level of knowledge of Excel including but not limited to
- Using Filters
- Finding duplications within a spreadsheet
- Creating additional tabs to a worksheet and adding images
- Adding columns
- Hiding columns
- How to unlock a spreadsheet that is passworded
- Using the Snipping Tool
