We are looking to cover maternity leave with a 12-month full time contract. KOMPAN Scotland Ltd, who are an ethical, reputable and market leading force in the UK’s play sector.

The position available is to play an important role within the aftersales team reporting to the ISA Manager. The role of the Project Coordinator is to assist the contracts and aftersales team and external customers in the planning and procurement phases of our Installation projects and offering excellent customer service during the life cycle of a project.

**THE ROLE**:

- Liaise with sales and pre-sales teams to determine scope of works and specification of materials needed from the quotation for each project.
- Coordinate works schedule with the ISA Manager, arrange the materials, plant and equipment to arrive at site on time when required.
- Coordinate with the site foreman with the day-to-day site requirements of materials and plant hire.
- Communicate with the client as a top priority to update with the status of their project and assist with their enquiries.
- Process QDB claims (warranty) claims internally and communicate to clients during this process as to when they can expect replacement parts etc.
- Liaise with our factory in BRNO, Czech Republic and our logistic partner on shipping dates - ensuring clients are kept communicated throughout from placement of order.

- Experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.
- An outgoing, ‘can do’ attitude with a well-deserved reputation for just getting things done.
- Energetic with a focus on being proactive.
- Highly organised and efficient with their time, very customer focused.
- Confident communicator on the telephone with customers and contractors
- Computer Literate [Microsoft packages]
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and seek and executes activities that add value to their function.
