Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Bathgate, Scotland (In-office 5 days a week).

Job Type:Full-Time

Salary: Up to £30,000 + benefits

About The Company:

Full-time, In-person, up to £30K per year, Mon – Fri pm) + Private Medical Insurance, Non-contractual bonus.

Please note this position requires the successful individual to be on-site at our Livingston office 5 days a week.

To coordinate with the Project managers, other departments, and 3rd parties to support all aspects of each project and ensure delivery and commercial success. Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring projects and making sure time is being booked correctly
  • Resource allocation and planning
  • Project schedule / RAG status
  • Project reporting – creating weekly reports for management review (Internal)
  • Coordinating smaller projects
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
  • Working with the Project Manager, contribute to project planning
  • Project setup in ticketing and scheduling systems
  • Review resource requests from Account teams
  • Liaise with Finance team on client and associated invoicing issues
  • Monitor client Purchase Orders spend
  • With your positive approach, you will enjoy working proactively and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and respond to the day to day needs of the projects
  • You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and get conversations going with a wide range of people
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications such Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Proven skills in organisation and admin
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems
  • Ability to prioritise own workload across different projects and be flexible to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
  • An IT industry background would be advantageous, though not essential
