Job Details
This role will be a 9-12month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
- Administration support: Provide administrative support to all colleagues in the Group Legal department and the wider business including but not limited to the production of reports, preparing PowerPoint presentations, arranging meetings, booking training and general administration tasks as required.
- Contract Management System: Maintaining up to date information of the Contract Management System and associated filing and record keeping to ensure a smooth running, accurate, and efficient system to monitor the contract cycle from creation, through review, to termination.
- Contract life cycle support: Ensuring that the prescribed processes and procedures for contract approval, review and termination are undertaken and identify any breaches/exceptions to such processes.
- Legal documentation: Preparation of a variety of legal documents under the guidance of the In-House lawyers, supporting both the legal team and wider business functions.
- Interpret contract clauses: Analyse, understand and interpret specific clauses within contracts for the relevant information to be inputted to the Contract Management System.
- Maintain legal administration process documents.
Skills we would love you to have
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe pdf formats and use of Adobe.
- A diligent individual who can maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to operate flexibly and adapt to changing needs whilst remaining calm under pressure.
