Retail Supervisor

We've opened our second The Society Of Alchemists store this year and we are looking for a confident, retail focussed store Supervisor to join our amazing and magical team, delivering exceptional service and retail standards.

The contract is 16 hours per week (flexible over 7 trading days), with the opportunity to work additional hours throughout the busy trading calendar.

**Main Duties**:

- Supervising shop operations, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager and providing maximum profitability.
- Human resources including basic standards training, assigning responsibilities and supervising performance.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, setting criteria for team, establishing security and safety measures and compliance.
- Setting up for trade at the beginning of the day, receiving and merchandising deliveries, ensuring the store is clean and ready for trade, cashing up responsibilities.

We offer:
A competitive salary £10,416 based on £12.52/hour on a 16 hours per week contract. There will be the opportunity to work overtime through the busy periods of the year.
