Cover Supervisor - Halifax, Secondary School
At Engage, we’re working with a school in Halifax, to recruit full-time cover supervisors that can make a difference to the local school by helping to improve the attainment of all pupils. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and make areal difference to the lives of your pupils.
About the role
You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking. This is a good opportunity to work within a school whose aim is to develop young peopleso that they leave school not only with an excellent set of academic results but also demonstrate the values of respect, resilience and responsibility.
About you
- Experience working with students aged 11-16
- Availability on short notice for work the same day
- Confident managing behaviour
- An ability to build rapport with students
- Have a fun but firm presence
- An interest in education
